Physical Products (Faithwear): Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, unworn, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we may assist you.
